This lawsuit is another thinly veiled attempt to weaponize the legal system to intimidate us into silence and incapacitate any form of resistance against the zionist entity’s ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people. The Amerikkkan bourgeois class and its fascist collaborators have always crafted the law to repress, imprison, and murder anyone deemed an “enemy of the state.”

As absurd as this lawsuit against us may seem at face value, it nonetheless threatens to set a dangerous precedent with regards to First Amendment rights. A defeat in this case risks an even greater expansion of the state’s ability to surveil the movement, financially devastate organizations, and extract information to use against us for further repression.
